The Wine is a barrel selection named in honor of Mark’s grandfather William Arthur (Art), who tenaciously worked his North Dakota farm through the drought of the 1930’s. His namesake wine is rustic, expressive of its rich soils, and designed to age well.  Bold yet refined, this Pinot opens with red cherry and subtle minerality leading to a savory, textured midpalate, with austere tannins and a long, lingering finish.
