The Wine is a Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine in the style of traditional Champagne. The Wine opens with elegant notes of magnolia blossom and lime leaf, unfolding into a palate of white peach and fresh Hood strawberry. Its fine pearlage and silky texture offer a refined and celebratory finish.

The Grapes for this wine come from our Eola-Amity Hills Estate as well as our Pamar Vineyard in the Van Duzer Corridor. The term Cuvée can have several meanings; in this case we are referring to the blending of three varieties, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
