2023 Gouais Blanc
Gouais Blanc pronunciation: Goo-aaay Blahn
This is a white wine with higher acid making it a wonderful pairing to seafood dishes, especially with oysters. We are the only winery in the Western Hemispher to grow and produce this rare, ancient Euorpean grape. DNA testing shows Gouais Blanc is the parental variety to over 80 different grapes.
