This White Pinot is made from Pinot Noir grapes from multiple clones and blocks on our estate vineyard. The red grapes were gently pressed to avoid color extraction.  The slightly pink juice was then fermented cold to preserve the bright fruit character, and aged in oak barrels to give the wine weight and complexity. The newest members of the family, both Lily and her namesake wine were born in the 2020 harvest season.
