The Grapes came from Pamar Vineyard in the Van Duzer Corridor.  Strong winds, a combination of marine sediment and volcanic soils, and cooler growing conditions combine to produce wines with intense flavor, structure, and vibrancy. Pinot Meunier is grown mostly in Champagne for sparkling wine, but can also make an intriguing still wine.

The Wine opens with ripe raspberry, cranberry, and a touch of orange zest. On the palate, notes of dark spice, cocoa, and toasted oak mingle with a soft, cloud-like texture and a hint of sweet spice. Bright yet brooding, this playful expression of Meunier delivers depth, charm, and a lingering finish of spiced berry and bittersweet chocolate.
