The 2021 Bjornson Vineyard Reserve Pinot Noir is designed to accompany and enhance the culinary experience. It pairs great with food because of it’s balance of structure, tannin, and bright, mouth-watering acidity coming from the Wadesville Pinot Noir clone (comprising almost 50% of the blend), and has a beautiful deep, ruby-red color.
